How To Think Pass Your Past is a must-have for anyone that’s been knocked down by bad relationships, losing a job, bad health or some other life altering situation, but doesn’t know how to get back up again. In How to Think Pass Your Past, I give you a series of steps to follow starting with setting a goal. The next thing is to develop a team of people that support you in your goal, and that will hold you accountable. Lastly, you need to get busy working toward your goal. At the end of each chapter, there is an action plan that tells you what you should reflect on, and what you should journal about. I also share some biblical principles that will be helpful as you attempt to let go of the past and keep moving forward, but ultimately, it’s on you to rev up your own enthusiasm and inner fire to get up and keep going.
